The Ministry of Economy and Tourism organized a specialized workshop titled 'Competition Law Under the Microscope' in cooperation with the law firm 'Covington & Burling' and 'Al Tamimi & Company'. The event aimed to support and enhance the professional knowledge of lawyers and specialists in the state by introducing them to the best application practices of the competition law, as well as to raise awareness of procedures related to economic concentrations and complaint mechanisms. This contributes to fostering a more competitive and investment-attractive business environment in the country.
The workshop was held as part of the fourth edition of Abu Dhabi Finance Week, with the participation of over 170 lawyers, experts, and specialists in the legal and economic fields, alongside a number of regional entities.
